Our practice at Ghalchi & Associates spans a broad and varied range of industries and is not limited to any particular sector. 

Instead, we have strived since 1997 to represent plaintiffs and litigate, on class-wide bases in the public interest, on issues that significantly affect large and wide segments of the public in the areas of privacy, environment, antitrust & unfair business practices, Labor, First Amendment & freedom of speech, and international law/human rights & Holocaust reparations/restitution.  We litigate in both federal and California state courts.  (We do not represent clients solely on individual type bases, except in very few and special cases).
